The George A Moore Foundation is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy sets out the basis on which we will process any personal data that you provide to us.

  • Information you give us:This is information about you that you give us by corresponding with us by post, phone, e-mail or otherwise and includes information you provide when you apply for a donation. The information you give us may include your name, charity, charity address, e-mail address, phone number and any supporting information you provide. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
  • Information we collect about you:We have structured our site so that you can visit The George A Moore Foundation on the web without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information unless you choose to provide information as above. We do not use cookies on our website.

 

How we use your information

We will use information you give us to review and respond to your application for a donation from us.

There is no obligation upon you to provide us with any information. If you provide information to us we will be better able to provide any information or services.

 

How long we keep your data for

Your data will be stored on our database unless you request that we remove it.

Right 7 A right to withdraw your consent, where we are relying on it to use your personal data (for example, to provide you with marketing information about our services or products).
